Personal data protection
By entering into the Purchase Agreement, the buyer gives written consent to the seller’s company to use the buyer’s personal data stated in the purchase agreement pursuant to Act No 428/2002 Coll. as amended for the purpose of creating a customer database. The buyer gives his consent for an unlimited period of time until a written notice. A natural person may revoke his written consent at any time by delivering a written notice to the seller, especially in the event the seller as operator breaches the obligations and conditions concerning the treatment of the said personal data.
